Terms of Service

Welcome to Chalwiha. By accessing our website or contracting our software design, backend engineering, or digital marketing services, you agree to comply with the following operational terms and conditions.

1. Consulting and Scoping

All project parameters, developer sprint hours, database designs, and layout aesthetics are scoped and agreed upon in separate, written Service Proposals and Master Service Agreements. Code timelines are estimates based on initial requirements.

2. Code and Asset Ownership

Upon final invoice settlement, we execute a complete repository handoff. The client retains 100% intellectual property ownership of the custom codebases, layout design systems, and databases deployed to their cloud servers.

3. Hosting and Availability

Chalwiha does not provide hosting infrastructure. The client is responsible for procuring, configuring, and maintaining the cloud servers, domain registries, and API gateways required for operations. Chalwiha is not liable for hosting downtime.

4. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any legal disputes arising out of these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dhanbad, Jharkhand, India.
